Conditions of Use
 

1. Dimestore Distro offers products and publications from other publishes as a community service. The Self Publishing Network is a large, loosely knit grouping of like minded individuals and small groups/companies/studios. As such, we have designed Dimestore Distro to operate with many options to suit as many different needs as we can accommodate. This includes our taking publications on Consignment from some, buying outright from others, and allowing others to sell through us, but fill their own orders.
2. We offer the best rates available for publishers to sell their items, and sell to both individuals, and retailers. If anyone knows a better deal out there, tell us about it!
3. We reserve the right to turn down the carrying of any item for any reason, while we support complete freedom of speech, there are legal limits to what we will carry.
4. Dimestore makes every effort to get new items up as soon as possible upon correct submission, but cannot be held liable for any loss due to delay for any reason.
5. Dimestore will make every effort to satisfy every order to the full extent of our ability.
6. Dimestore respects your privacy, and does not share it's members information with anyone for any reason, unless forced to with a warrant. Dimestore will co-operate with Law enforcement to protect the public.
7. RETURNS/REPLACEMENTS: if you get the wrong book, or receive a damaged copy - we will need to have that copy returned to do anything about it. If you simply don't get something you ordered, we will attempt to verify your address, send you a replacement, and barring that, refund your order. We reserve the right to watch for patterns of "I didn't get that" but we do know the postal service leaves a lot to be desired.
8. PLEASE NOTE: Publisher Delivery books are NOT supported, we will do everything in our power to make sure you get a copy of a book you order that is Publisher Delivery, but it is the publisher's responsibility to deliver and otherwise follow up on their orders. Publishers that do not, will not continue to be available by that method very long with us.
